Service

CornerMan is operated by CornermanAnalytics, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, at 131 Continental Dr, Suite 305, Newark, DE 19713, USA. In these terms, "we", "us" and "CornerMan" mean that company, and "you" means the person using the service.

You can reach a human at hello@getcornerman.com. By creating an account or using the service you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use CornerMan.

CornerMan is not a sportsbook, gambling operator, or gambling site. We do not accept, place, or facilitate wagers of any kind. CornerMan provides sports analytics and informational content only.

We never hold, transmit or take custody of money you intend to bet. We have no connection to any sportsbook and cannot see, place, alter or cancel a bet on your behalf. Every wager you make is made by you, with your own money, at a sportsbook of your choosing, under whatever agreement you have with them.

CornerMan operates independently from any sportsbook or gambling operator. We do not receive compensation from sportsbook operators.

We take no affiliate commission, no revenue share and no referral fee from any bookmaker. Our only revenue is the membership fee you pay us directly. Nothing in the product is ranked, weighted or recommended because someone paid for it to be.

You must be at least 21 years old to use CornerMan. By using the service you confirm that you are.

CornerMan is not offered to people located in Utah, Georgia, Washington State, Idaho, Hawaii, Japan or Italy. We may block access from those places and may decline or close an account we believe is in one of them.

Sports betting law differs everywhere and changes often. You are responsible for knowing whether betting is lawful where you are, and for complying with that law. Access to CornerMan is not advice that betting is legal in your jurisdiction, and we make no representation that the service is appropriate or available anywhere in particular.

One account per person. Keep your email account secure, since anyone who can read your email can request a sign-in link. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has reached your account.

CornerMan reads a UFC card, publishes a probability for each fight and market, compares that probability to the prices sportsbooks are offering, and sizes stakes against a bankroll you tell us about. Reading the card is free. The bankroll engine, the slips and the record of how a plan performed are part of paid membership.

• Predictions are model output, produced by a statistical model and a language model working together. They are estimates, not knowledge, and they are sometimes wrong.
• Odds come from a third party and are snapshots. A price can move or disappear between our reading it and your seeing it. Always check the live price at your sportsbook before you bet. Where our number and theirs disagree, theirs is the one that governs your wager.
• Stake sizes are suggestions, not instructions. The bankroll figures you enter are numbers you typed, and we cannot verify them.
• Our stops and warnings are advisory and never block anything. If you cross a drawdown limit we will say so, but the product will not stop you, and you should not treat its silence as permission.

We may change, add to or withdraw features. We aim to keep the service available but do not promise uninterrupted access, and we may take it down for maintenance or for reasons outside our control.

No guarantees are made regarding results or financial gain. Past analytical performance does not guarantee future results. All sports betting carries financial risk.

Users are solely responsible for their betting decisions and must ensure compliance with applicable laws in their jurisdiction.

We publish no claimed win rate, no return figure and no profit promise, because we have not had those numbers independently verified and we will not imply a result we cannot substantiate. Any performance figure the product shows you is a record of what already happened, in your account or in ours, and carries no forecast.

Our models are under active development and have known limitations that we document as we find them. Treat CornerMan as one input into your own judgement. It is not financial, investment, tax or legal advice, and no relationship of trust or advice arises between us.

Membership is $14.99 per month or $119.99 per year. You can also unlock a single card on its own for $4.99, a one-off payment with no membership. Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.

A single card unlocks the plan for that one card until its last fight settles. After that the finished night stays on your account to read, but you can't start a new plan on it.

Your first card is free. You add a payment method when you join, but nothing is charged that day. Your first charge lands two hours after the main event of the first card you take a plan on, with a floor of 48 hours and a ceiling of 45 days from the day you join. Cancel before that moment and you pay nothing at all. The free first card is once per person and once per payment method: if the payment method you add has already had one, on this account or another, or you have been a member before, the first charge is taken when you join. Taking just one card works the same way: the first one is free, you add a payment method and nothing is charged, and that counts as your free first card for membership too.

After that first charge, membership renews automatically each month or year until you cancel. Cancel any time from the billing portal on your account page. Cancelling stops the next renewal and leaves your access in place until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Payments are not refundable, including single cards, and we do not pro-rate partial periods. The free first card exists so that you can judge the product before any money changes hands, and cancelling is a single click. If something has genuinely gone wrong, write to us anyway and we will look at it.

If a renewal payment fails we may keep your access on for a short while as the payment is retried, rather than cutting you off mid card. That grace is a courtesy and not a waiver of what is owed. Prices can change, and we will tell you before a change affects a renewal, so you can cancel first if you would rather not pay it. Taxes are added where the law requires.

Use CornerMan for your own betting decisions. Do not:

• share, resell, republish or redistribute our predictions, plans, stake sizes or any other output, whether free or for a fee
• scrape, crawl or bulk download the service, or reach it by any automated means
• share one account between several people, or sell or transfer your account
• reverse engineer the models, or use our output to train or build a competing model or service
• attack, overload or probe the service, or try to reach data or areas that are not yours
• use CornerMan for anything unlawful, or in any place where it is not offered

The software, models, written analysis, design and wordmark are ours or our licensors'. Your membership buys personal access to the service, not ownership of anything in it, and it grants no licence beyond the use these terms describe.

Odds data is licensed from our odds provider under a paid agreement. Fighter records and career statistics are matters of fact, gathered from public sources and used to build derived analytics rather than republished wholesale. UFC, Ultimate Fighting Championship and the names of fighters, events and sportsbooks belong to their respective owners. CornerMan is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the UFC, Zuffa, TKO Group, or any sportsbook.

Anything you type in, such as your bankroll figures and the bets you record, stays yours. You give us permission to use it to run the service for you, and to produce anonymous aggregate statistics that cannot identify you.

In-play online betting is prohibited in Australia. Users in Australia should not act on real-time notifications to place or adjust bets online during live sporting events.

If you are in Australia and a plan updates while a card is running, treat it as information about the card rather than as a prompt to bet online. Telephone betting is the lawful in-play channel there.

Bet only what you can afford to lose. CornerMan is built around the idea that staking discipline matters more than any single pick, but no tool can make gambling safe, and a product that sizes bets is still a product about betting. If it stops being fun, stop.

Ask us to close your account at any time and we will, without asking you why.

CornerMan is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, error free, or that any prediction, price or calculation will prove accurate.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranties to be excluded. If you live somewhere that gives you rights which cannot be waived, those rights stand, and nothing here is meant to limit them.

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, nor for lost profits, lost winnings or lost data, however caused.

We are not liable for money you lose betting. That includes losses that follow a prediction that turned out wrong, a stake size we suggested, a price that had moved, a stop we did not enforce, data that arrived late or not at all, or the service being unavailable when you wanted it. You choose what to bet, and the risk of that choice is yours.

Where we are liable despite the above, our total liability for all claims is capped at the greater of the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose, or one hundred US dollars.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CornermanAnalytics, LLC and its members and contractors against claims, losses and reasonable legal costs arising from your use of the service, your bets, your breach of these terms, or your breach of any law applicable to you.

You may stop using CornerMan and close your account whenever you like. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, that we are required to close by law, or that we reasonably believe is being used from a place where we do not offer the service. Where we close an account for a reason that is not your fault, we will refund the unused part of the period you have paid for.

Sections that by their nature should outlive the agreement, such as intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, indemnity and governing law, survive it.

We may update these terms as the product and the law change. The effective date at the top always tells you which version you are reading. For a change that materially affects you we will give notice by email or in the product before it takes effect. Continuing to use CornerMan after that means you accept the new version. If you do not, cancel.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. The state and federal courts sitting in Delaware have exclusive jurisdiction, and both of us consent to their venue. If you are a consumer somewhere whose law gives you the right to bring a claim locally, that right stands.

Before filing anything, please write to us. Nearly everything is quicker to fix by email than by lawyer, and we would rather fix it.

If a provision of these terms is held unenforceable, the rest stays in force. Our not enforcing something straight away is not a waiver of it.
